How long it takes for me to receive my gift?

We start the production the day after we receive your confirmation on our digital mockup and ship your item the same day. This process normally takes 1-3 business days.
We use USPS First Class to ship your item from California. Depends on your location, it takes 5-7 business days for the item to get delivered.

Do I get a proof before my item is made?

Yes, we send you a design proof and wait for your confirmation before starting the production. We encourage you to carefully review them to avoid any complications later.

What if I need my item faster?

We offer faster shipping if you are in a hurry. You may use USPS Priority, 3-4 Business day for $10-$15 or USPS Express, 1-2 Business day for $30-$60 at the checkout.

What if there is a problem with my order?

We are with you to the last minute and work with you to resolve any problem that you might have with your order.

If your order arrives damaged, we will help you to fix the item or will work with you to replace it.

Do you accept return or cancelation?

We gladly accept returns and exchanges. Contact us within 14 days of delivery and ship the items back within 30 days.

We don't accept cancelation on custom orders but please contact us if there is any problem with your order.

What if I don't have my final wording/customization at the time of order?

No problem. You can always send those to us later. You mail either email them or use our contact us page to send those.

Do you retouch or adjust my photo?

We put our best effort in for the items to look as nice as it can on your item. Sometime, if the photo doesn't have the right quality and it's not possible to replace that, we use certain smart functions to enhance the photo quality. If your picture is narrow, we use AI to extend the photo. We may make small adjustments to the lighting in your photo to ensure the best result. Those are the extent of what we do with your photo. I you need something more than this, we may charge an extra design fee to assist you with the changes.
