Every item is made to order and takes 2 days for the production process to complete. We use USPS standard shipping and depends on your location, it could take 3 to 6 business days for the item to arrive. You can select express shipping at the checkout if you need your package to arrive faster.

Yes, personalization is the point. Depending on the piece you can add names, dates, coordinates, a custom message, a photo, or map locations that matter to you. Each product page shows exactly which fields are available. We'll email a proof if anything about your text or artwork needs confirming.

Our orders arrive in eco-friendly gift packaging tastefully wrapped. Anniversary orders include a card explaining the meaning behind that year's material. Shipping to the recipient directly? Add a note at checkout and we'll leave the invoice out.

We are with you from the moment you place the order all the way till you deliver your gift. We work with you closely to resolve any issue. If for any reason, we are not able to resolve the problem, you may return the package 7 days after receiving it and we will issue a refund.
