All items in this shop are made in our studio in Berkeley, CA. They are all designed and had-crafter by the owner Niki. Nothing is mass-produced in a factory. Our in-house design and custom production is the main value of our shop for our customers. 

Yes, you will receive a digital proof before we start making your item. Please check your email and get back to us with your confirmation or correction as soon as you can so we can produce and ship your item faster. 

It normally takes 3 business days to ship your item. We start the production the next day after we receive your confirmation on the digital mockup and ship the item in the same day. 

We ship items from California and use USPS First Class shipping. Depends on your location, it takes 5-7 business days for USPS to deliver your item. 

We offer faster delivery options. You may use USPS Priority, 3-4 Business day for $10-$15 or USPS Express, 1-2 Business day for $30-$60 at checkout. 

Yes, you can specify your desired destination address in the checkout and we will ship the item to that address.

No, you just receive a personal congratulation note from Niki and descriptions that highlights some information about the anniversary year that you are celebrating. 

Yes, your item arrives in a tasteful eco-friendly wrap. 

Yes, we serve customers worldwide. We can not guarantee the delivery speed due to customs processing. Customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that apply. 

If there is a problem with your oder, we will work with you to resolve it. We will be with you through the last minute to ensure you have a great gifting experience. 

We gladly accept returns and exchanges. Contact us within 14 days of delivery and ship the items back within 30 days.

We don't accept cancelation on custom orders but please contact us if there is any problem with your order. 

The following items can't be returned or exchanged:
Due to nature of these items, unless items arrive damaged or defective, we don't accept returns for:

• Custom or personalized orders
• Digital downloads

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss value. 

Damages sometimes happen in delivery despite our secure packaging. In those cases, we work with you on the easiest solution to either fix or replace the item. 

Yes, you can always send those to us after your purchase. Either email those or use our Contact Us page to send your information.

We check and reach out to you if there is a quality problem. You get the best result when you send high quality picture but sometimes, there is not an option to use an alternative picture. In those cases, we do our best to enhance the quality of your pictures.

We use our designer eyes to fit your picture with the item and get the best result by cropping or using AI to make minor alterations to your picture. You will see the result in your digital mockup before we send your design for production. There is no extra charge for those small alterations. There is a small design fee if you need something outside of our standard design process. 

Yes, we may accommodate orders of up to 200. Due to the size of our team, the delivery time for those orders will be different. We will coordinate the delivery time with your over email or phone.
