Every piece is made to order in our Berkeley studio. Production takes 1-2 business days, counted from proof approval. USPS shipping then takes 5-7 business days, and faster shipping is available at checkout. Working to a specific date? Email us and we'll tell you honestly how we can accommodate your order.
Will I see a proof before it's made?
Yes, Niki emails you a proof and nothing is made until you approve it. Orders go into production as soon as you approve the digital proof.
Can you ship it straight to the recipient?
Yes. Every order arrives in eco-friendly gift packaging, ready to give. Anniversary gifts include a personal congratulation note from Niki and a card explaining the meaning of that year's material, so they know the meaning behind your gift. There is also no price printed on the package.
What if there is a problem with my order?
