When will my order arrive?
Every piece is made to order in our Berkeley studio. Production takes 1-2 business days, counted from proof approval. USPS shipping then takes 5-7 business days, and faster shipping is available at checkout. Working to a specific date? Email us and we'll tell you honestly how we can accommodate your order.
Will I see a proof before it's made?
Yes, Niki emails you a proof and nothing is made until you approve it. Orders go into production as soon as you approve the digital proof.
Can you ship it straight to the recipient?
Yes. Every order arrives in eco-friendly gift packaging, ready to give. Anniversary gifts include a personal congratulation note from Niki and a card explaining the meaning of that year's material, so they know the meaning behind your gift. There is also no price printed on the package.
What if there is a problem with my order?

I absolutely love this! The seller was so wonderful, when customizing my gift for my husband, complete with sending me a mock-up before finalizing it. The packaging was 10/10. I rushed outside to grab it because I could hear the smashing of it as our USPS just tossed it onto the porch in the rain (complete with at least 4 big red fragile stickers on it!), but thankfully the packaging was SO good and it was completely unharmed. I’m hoping my husband loves it as much as me though because it is wonderful quality.
