When will my order arrive?
Every piece is made to order in our Berkeley studio. Production takes 1-2 business days, counted from proof approval. USPS shipping then takes 5-7 business days, and faster shipping is available at checkout. Working to a specific date? Email us and we'll tell you honestly how we can accommodate your order.
Will I see a proof before it's made?
Yes, Niki emails you a proof and nothing is made until you approve it. Orders go into production as soon as you approve the digital proof.
Can you ship it straight to the recipient?
Yes. Every order arrives in eco-friendly gift packaging, ready to give. Anniversary gifts include a personal congratulation note from Niki and a card explaining the meaning of that year's material, so they know the meaning behind your gift. There is also no price printed on the package.
What if there is a problem with my order?
We are there to support you all the way to your gifting occasion. If there is something wrong, we will help you and work with you to resolve it.

This was the perfect 22nd anniversary gift. The box is substantial and beautifully done. It perfectly holds a phone and keys. There was also a sweet not included from the Niki. She sent emails along the way to make sure everything was perfect.

I opted for the larger of the two sizes and as you can see from the image, it isn't too small and not too large. Sarah was very responsive and accommodating. I ordered this item for my wife for our 7th anniversary. I was provided a proof that I had to approve. The owner/creator is excellent at communicating - they're prompt and polite.
I received what I thought was my wife's gift, but when I opened it, it belonged to someone else. The owner had contacted me and let me know this (I didn't get to the message until after I opened it). They then sent me a shipping label for the correct person that I had to print out and then return to the USPS. Mine was mislabeled initially, too. I received my wife's gift late (I ordered it with enough time to spare, but it didn't arrive in time). The owner was great at communicating and provided excellent customer service.
