When will my order arrive?
Every piece is made to order in our Berkeley studio. Production takes 1-2 business days, counted from proof approval. USPS shipping then takes 5-7 business days, and faster shipping is available at checkout. Working to a specific date? Email us and we'll tell you honestly how we can accommodate your order.
Will I see a proof before it's made?
Yes, Niki emails you a proof and nothing is made until you approve it. Orders go into production as soon as you approve the digital proof.
Can you ship it straight to the recipient?
Yes. Every order arrives in eco-friendly gift packaging, ready to give. Anniversary gifts include a personal congratulation note from Niki and a card explaining the meaning of that year's material, so they know the meaning behind your gift. There is also no price printed on the package.
What if there is a problem with my order?
We are there to support you all the way to your gifting occasion. If there is something wrong, we will help you and work with you to resolve it.

The item is nice, seems sturdy, and the map print was good quality. It does have little rubber feet on the bottom to keep it from scratching surfaces, which is a nice touch. It’s a bit expensive for what it is, really. It’s just a shadow box with a metal plate glued to the bottom. Communication with the seller was fast (they always replied quickly) but quality of reply was a bit lacking and not always helpful to be honest. Overall it’s nice and I would recommend if you’re in the market for a personalized anniversary gift and don’t mind buying something slightly overpriced.
